The Coaching for Complexity Wiki ("the Wiki") is a collaborative platform where users can share and exchange knowledge about coaching strategies, theories, and practices for addressing complex challenges. Our goal is to create an inclusive, respectful, and constructive environment where users can learn and grow together. To help achieve this goal, all users are expected to adhere to this User Code of Conduct ("Code of Conduct").

1. Be respectful and inclusive

Treat all wiki users as humans. We all have parents and grandparents. Most of us have siblings and children, cousins, uncles, and aunties. A lot of us have pets or had pets at one time or another. Use respect and dignity as guide posts when dealing with other humans on wiki regardless of their background, identity, or experience. Be mindful of your language and behavior, and avoid making offensive or derogatory comments. Encourage and support diverse perspectives, and actively work to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.

2. Contribute constructively

Share your knowledge, expertise, and experiences in a way that is helpful, relevant, and informative. When offering feedback or suggestions, do so in a constructive and respectful manner. Avoid posting repetitive or irrelevant content, and refrain from promoting your own products or services for commercial gain.

3. Collaborate openly and honestly

Work collaboratively with other users and be open to receiving feedback and suggestions. Acknowledge the contributions of others and give credit where it is due. Be honest and transparent about your intentions and motivations, and avoid engaging in any deceptive or manipulative practices.

4. Maintain a respectful tone

Keep your interactions on the Wiki respectful and focused on the subject matter. Avoid using offensive or inappropriate language, making personal attacks, or engaging in any form of harassment or discrimination.
