Although my career has been centered around coaching and leadership I have grown up with and always enjoyed design and technology. Through this I have developed websites using:

Executive Director and Lead Coach

Hazardscape Management Inc, Edmonton, Alberta, – (April 2020 - Present)

• Operationalized and led the implementation of current strategic priorities while identifying and planning short and long-term goals and initiatives.
• Participated in the National Centre for Truth & Reconciliation Education Program Review.
• Participated in the Australian Government’s Royal Commission into the National Disaster Arrangements project that led to developing common competencies for disaster recovery job roles within the Australian Industry Standards.
• Managed all CRM using a combination of Convertkit, Circle, and Social Media accumulating 280 leads over an 18-month period that converted to $70,000 in sales.
• Identified business development opportunities and managed successful acquisition integration.
• Led the production of all marketing and promotion.
• Planned, assessed, and managed the financial activities of the organization.
• Led and collaborated on the development of marketing and sales strategies.

• Virbela - Delivered Core Strengths Relationship Intelligence to their management team in their Virtual Reality platform and provided coaching to their customer success manager.
• Silvacom – Provided coaching training and team coaching to their operation’s Sr. leadership team.
• Salvation Army Emergency Disaster Services Supported the transition of their emergency services training from in-person to online during the initial stages of COVID-19. Resulted in the continuity of in-person training across Canada through a Virtual Reality based platform.
• Medicine Hat College - Co-led the design, development, and delivery of the college’s crisis leadership training and coaching program.
